McKnight Senior Village IV

McKNIGHT SENIOR VILLAGE IV — A new phase of the successful McKnight campus!

McKnight Senior Village IV recently received a tax credit reservation for its development from Nevada Housing Division.
This project will be a fourth phase to the already existing, successful McKnight Senior Village campus, including McKnight Senior Village I (110 one-bedroom units – built 1997-rehabbed 2015), McKnight Senior Village II (78 two-bedroom units – built 2009); and McKnight Senior Village III (24 two-bedroom units – built 2010).

In close proximity to the site (approx. ¼-1/2 mile) are grocery, banking, pharmacy, retail, gas station, public transportation, Freedom Park and Recreation center. Across the street to the North is the Nevada Affordable Senior Housing development, Arthur McCants Manor, that serves seniors 62+ with disabilities. Also to the North is the Golden Rule Senior apartments, 60 units serving seniors 55+.
McKnight Senior Village IV will mirror the existing McKnight apartments, configured as four stories, one and two bedrooms, and share all its amenities.

The area is a mature and stable neighborhood. There is not a minority concentration. McKnight Senior Village IV will complete the development, providing 60 more units of affordability to low-income Seniors. Affordable housing is a critical issue in Southern Nevada, and these units at 30% – 50% AMI will help alleviate the critical need.
